Job summary

mnosys sdn bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an RF Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of RF circuits and subsystems for communication products.

You will conduct RF performance testing across VHF/UHF bands, perform EMC/EMI analysis, assist antenna design, and document results for certification.

This role requires collaboration with hardware, firmware, and compliance teams and frequent use of RF test equipment to diagnose and validate designs.

Qualifications

Job description

Support the design, development, and integration of RF circuits and subsystems for communication products.

Conduct RF performance testing, validation, and troubleshooting across VHF/UHF and other frequency bands.

Perform EMC/EMI analysis, spurious emission checks, and regulatory

Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, system, and compliance) to ensure product quality and performance.

Assist in antenna design, tuning, and characterization for portable and mobile devices.

Use RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, etc.) for diagnostics and validation.

Document test results, create technical reports, and support certification and approval processes.
