Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome (Junior QS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates and budget reports.
• Support the team in contract administration, valuation and payment processes.
• Analyze and validate cost data, and identify potential cost savings.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors.
• Contribute to procurement strategies and risk management plans.
• Undertake site inspections and measurements as required; maintain records.
