Jora Malaysia will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer(preferrable mandarin speaker) to join our small, agile team. You will be the gatekeeper for our multi-tenant SaaS platform, ensuring that every release to our admin panel and customer portal is rock-solid.
This is a mindset-first role. We aren't looking for decades of experience; we are looking for a natural skeptic who loves breaking software to make it better. If you have the hunger to figure things out without being hand-held and the proactiveness to own your tasks, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities
- Release Assurance: Execute end-to-end manual testing (smoke and regression) before releases to catch issues before our customers do.
- Bug Lifecycle Ownership: Don't just log bugs—reproduce them, verify fixes, and provide the "evidence-backed" documentation (screenshots, logs, reproduction steps) that developers actually need to solve them.
- Test Case Evolution: Build and maintain our test library (Qase/TestRail). We want meaningful test coverage, not just repetitive checklist completion.
- Cross-Surface Testing: Ensure that configurations made in the admin panel propagate perfectly to the customer-facing portal
- Knowledge Contribution: Build our "tribal knowledge" by documenting flows, edge cases, and dependencies in Confluence.
- Automation Growth: As you master the platform, you will transition into contributing to our Playwright/API automation pipeline.
