Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (new graduates encouraged).
• Solid understanding of engineering principles applicable to project work.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision.
• Willingness to learn and develop in project engineering.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Reliability and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
• Preferred: internship experience or involvement in engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating engineering projects from conception through to completion.
• Support senior engineers in design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for project components.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, specs, and reports.
• Monitor progress and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on requirements.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor activities.
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues to supervisors.
• Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with specs and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
