Job summary

Clicks Network Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical and infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field, with strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of project coordination or engineering experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends or after hours for tender preparation.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools like MS Project is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and tender documentation.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain proper project documentation and filing systems.
• Support tender submissions, cost estimation, and contract administration.
