Job summary

You will monitor inventory, forecast needs, and coordinate materials, equipment and labor for smooth operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential; familiarity with SAP is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Production/Supply Planning Planner.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Senai.
• Prefer junior Executives in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain production workflows with detailed schedules for manufacturing orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; forecast needs and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and labor to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Production to align schedules with orders and supply chain realities.
• Monitor performance: track output, defects, and on-time delivery; use data to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Address disruptions or bottlenecks proactively to keep the process on track.
