Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with relevant engineering background and 2+ years is preferred.
• Knowledge of Box Build and Packing processes.
• Familiar with PFMEA, DFM, PMP, SPC, ECN, Kaizen, 5S.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improve yield, quality and cycle time.
• Ensure manufacturing process requirements are derived from customer requirements.
• Prepare and update process work instructions.
• Ensure production follows work instructions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Liaise with Customer Service on product-related issues (Customer Complaint).
• Participate in special projects/programs as assigned by the Company.
• Assist Engineer create training material and conduct training to technicians.
