Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd is seeking a physiotherapist to perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and implement individualized rehabilitation plans. The role involves managing a patient caseload, monitoring progress, and adapting treatment as needed.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated discharge planning and high-quality documentation, while participating in CPD and quality initiatives.
Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, develop clinical diagnoses, and deliver individualized treatment programs for patients with various clinical conditions.
Manage assigned patient caseloads and provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to support rehabilitation and recovery.
Monitor patient progress, reassess treatment outcomes, and modify rehabilitation plans as required.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, patient records, and comply with departmental policies, professional standards, and quality requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, research activities, continuous professional development (CPD), and weekend rotation services.
Possess Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy.
Good technical knowledge and clinical skills in Physiotherapy Services.
Proficient in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Registered or eligible for registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Knowledge of quality assurance, infection control practices, and healthcare accreditation standards is an added advantage.
