Job summary

Amillex Global Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Operations Executive/Intern to join our KL office. You will review KYC documents, support onboarding, and assist with account opening in a fast-paced trading environment.

This role requires Mandarin fluency, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and gain practical exposure across sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking (Chinese) – mandatory as we are targeting Mandarin-speaking market.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.

• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts (5 working days per week).

Responsibilities

• Review and verify client KYC documents
• Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
• Assist clients with account opening procedures
• Handle account amendments and platform setup
• Respond to client enquiries in Mandarin & English (WeChat / Telegram / Email)
• Guide clients on trading conditions and platform usage
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure smooth client experience
• Support Sales team with daily operational matters
• Prepare basic operational reports (KYC status, account updates, checklists)
• Assist in improving SOPs and workflow efficiency

Salary / Allowance

• Full-Time: RM3,000 – RM4,000
• Internship: Monthly allowance RM500 - RM1,500
