Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technical support and web systems specialist in Malaysia to provide troubleshooting for in-house systems and assist with maintenance using PHP and frameworks such as CodeIgniter or Laravel.

You will collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth system functionality, monitor performance, and document processes for reference in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Knowledge of PHP and PHP frameworks CodeIgniter or Laravel is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for in-house systems.
