Job summary

SVS Renoz My Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Interior Designer to create compelling concepts for residential and commercial projects.

You will translate client briefs into detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp, while coordinating with suppliers and project teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong visualization skills, knowledge of color theory and space planning, and the ability to source materials within budget.

Qualifications

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D models.
• Create 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply color theory, materials and space planning to optimize spaces.
• Collaborate with managers, contractors and suppliers to execute projects on time and budget.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to gather accurate information.

Responsibilities
