Job summary

Fukuro Malaysia, a premium kitchenware and household products brand, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to develop POSM design and adaptation, e-commerce banners and promo mailers. Your competency as an all-rounder, sensitivity to details and ideas conceptualization will be critical to the success of the brand.

You will collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, stay ahead of design trends, and contribute to online and offline campaigns while meeting tight FMCG timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related fields.
• 1–2 years experience in Graphic/Multimedia Design or Digital Marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Familiarity with basic video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, colour and layout.
• Must have good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas according to Fukuro Brand Book Guideline and corporate standards.
• Develop various POSM artwork (headerboard, tent card, poster, wobbler, etc) to support promotional campaigns for offline stores. Work closely with Shopper Marketing Team.
• Develop e-commerce banners to support online campaigns and promotions. Work closely with E-Commerce Team.
• Develop social media materials when needed. Work closely with the Brand Marketing Team.
• Work within aggressive timelines in FMCG environment and have a meticulous proof checking ability to ensure high quality results.
• Stay informed on current design trends and aesthetics.
• Explore and integrate new tools including AI-powered design tools to enhance creative output.
