Job summary

Wellous Group in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to support day-to-day design across offline retail and dealer channels. You will adapt visuals for POSM, promotions, social media, presentations, events, and trainings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and production readiness.

The role requires a diploma or degree in graphic design and 1–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design, creative design or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and good technical capabilities may also be considered.
• Experience in FMCG, health & wellness, retail, pharmacy, consumer products or agency environments would be an advantage.
• Exposure to print/POSM and digital/social media design is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good communication in English & Mandarin.
• Good understanding of print production, Final Artwork preparation, CMYK, bleed, dielines, resolution and file specifications.
• Good PowerPoint design and presentation formatting skills.
• Ability to resize and adapt artwork across different print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt offline retail POSM including wobblers, shelf-talkers, header banners, promotional posters, standees, dump bins, counter displays and other retail materials.
• Adapt approved Key Visuals (KV) into different sizes and formats required by pharmacy, retail and other offline channels.
• Translate promotional mechanics such as Buy 2 Free 1, PWP, seasonal promotions and product bundles into clear and visually engaging materials.
• Ensure retail materials provide strong visual impact, clear product communication and readability at store and shelf level.
• Support artwork adaptation for different retailers, outlets, campaigns and promotional requirements.
• Prepare print-ready Final Artwork (FA) with appropriate dielines, bleeds, CMYK colour profiles, resolution and vector paths.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external print vendors on artwork specifications, materials, proofs and production requirements.
• Design creative materials for dealer announcements, campaign updates, reminders, activities/workshop/events and other official communications.
• Convert information provided by the Dealer Management team into clear, visually structured and easy-to-understand communication materials/ presentation decks.
• Design dealer recognition and achievement materials, including rankings, milestones, awards, certificates, recognition boards and achievement visuals.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates for recurring dealer communications and recognition activities.
• Ensure consistent and professional visual presentation across dealer communication touchpoints.
• Create static graphics, carousels, posters and other digital creative assets for dealer social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Support recruitment-related creative content featuring dealer opportunities, success stories, activities and community experiences.
• Resize and adapt approved creative materials into appropriate dimensions and formats for Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Support basic visual adaptation of campaign materials for digital use where required.
