Job summary

Bake With Yen in Malaysia is seeking a retail graphic designer to create visual assets for in-store displays, packaging, and digital campaigns to drive sales and maintain brand consistency.

You will design POSM, banners, packaging, and web graphics, collaborating with marketing teams and suppliers to deliver campaigns on schedule. A diploma or degree in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Understanding of print production, material specifications, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Design POSM materials (POSM), window displays, shelf tags, and promotional banners.
• Produce web banners, social media ads, and marketplace storefront graphics optimized for online conversions.
• Develop product packaging, labels, leaflets, and print advertisements.
• Ensure all outputs match established brand guidelines across every retail channel.
• Work with marketing teams, copywriters, and print vendors to execute campaigns on schedule.
