We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development, maintenance, integration, deployment, and support of web-based applications and digital platforms.
The role provides an opportunity to work across both frontend and backend development, as well as databases, Linux environments, APIs, WordPress, system integration, and application support.
The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in software development, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Candidates should be comfortable investigating technical issues across the application, database, web server, and infrastructure layers with guidance from senior technical team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications.
- Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET / C# and/or Python.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and perform system integrations.
- Work with databases such as MariaDB / MySQL using SQL queries.
- Perform debugging, bug fixing, code enhancement, and preventive maintenance.
- Follow established coding standards, development practices, and version-control procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
WordPress & Website Development
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites.
- Configure and maintain WordPress plugins, themes, and related components.
- Develop and maintain website pages using Elementor / Elementor Pro.
- Troubleshoot WordPress plugin, theme, PHP, configuration, and performance issues.
- Perform basic WordPress customization and integration with external systems.
- Assist with WordPress upgrades, migration, backup, and environment synchronization.
- Apply basic WordPress and web security best practices.
Application & System Support
- Investigate and resolve application, website, database, and server-related issues.
- Take ownership of assigned technical issues from investigation through resolution and documentation.
- Monitor applications, websites, services, and system logs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting across application, database, Linux, and web-server layers.
- Provide technical support to users and project teams.
- Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Technical Lead or Senior Engineer when required.
- Assist in incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of Linux / AlmaLinux environments.
- Work with Nginx web servers.
- Monitor server resources, services, logs, and application health.
- Perform basic MariaDB / MySQL administration and troubleshooting.
- Execute SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting.
- Assist with database backup, restoration, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with application deployment and configuration.
- Support Development, UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments under established procedures.
- Assist with system backup, disaster recovery, and environment synchronization activities.
- Participate in release, deployment, and rollback activities.
- Assist with CI/CD and automation processes where applicable.
- Follow established change management, security, and deployment procedures.
Testing & Documentation
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and bug verification.
- Assist users and project teams during UAT.
- Prepare test cases and technical test documentation.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Document solutions to recurring technical issues.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the technical team.
Required Technical Skills
