Job summary

SINGDA SUPERALLOY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Johor seeks a Junior Executive to handle a full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, costing, and month-end closing.

You will prepare management accounts, financial reports, and reconciliations. You will monitor inventory transactions, ensure SST and taxation compliance, liaise with auditors and internal departments, and support budgeting, financial analysis and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiar with SST and basic taxation requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, Costing and month-end closing
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports and reconciliations
• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate accounting treatment
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SST and taxation requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal departments
• Support budgeting, financial analysis and process improvements
