Job summary

Rotork offers an 18-month Apprentice Field Service Engineer Programme based in Shah Alam, Selangor. You will gain hands-on experience across workshop, manufacturing and field service environments, learning to maintain, repair, test and commission Rotork's products.

You will learn fault diagnosis, working with engineers on real customer applications, and will develop skills in safety, documentation and reporting while being mentored through structured apprenticeship activities.

Qualifications

• Final-year Diploma/degree student or recent Diploma/degree graduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• A passionate, eager-to-learn team player who enjoys hands-on work.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repair and testing activities.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support workshop and field service operations.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Complete apprenticeship learning activities and assessments.
• Work with experienced engineers on real customer applications.
