The position offers hands-on engineering experience, international exposure and structured technical training in China, with opportunities to contribute to production improvements and SOP development while based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience welcomed.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel to ShenZhen, China for 3–6 months for training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn in manufacturing.
• Passionate about engineering, production improvement, quality and knowledge sharing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production engineering activities.
• Assist engineers in production process monitoring, improvement and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate technical matters between Malaysia plant and China headquarters.
• Participate in production process improvement, productivity and efficiency projects.
• Assist in identifying production problems and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain engineering, production and process-related documentation.
• Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Undergo 3–6 months of intensive technical training at the company's China facility.
• Upon returning to Malaysia, support implementation of knowledge and standards.
• Assist in conducting technical training and knowledge sharing for local operators.
• Support engineering in establishing and improving SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform other engineering and production-related duties assigned by management.
