Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior ELV Technician, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Junior ELV Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including surveillance, access control, and networking equipment. Daily tasks will include cabling, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting in system configuration, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installing, testing, and maintaining ELV systems such as CCTV, alarm systems, or access control systems
• Basic understanding of IT Networking including cabling, wiring, and connectivity setups
• Skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Knowledge of system configurations and ability to execute technical tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, safety guidelines, and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Diploma or relevant technical certifications in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related fields
• Prior experience in ELV systems or networking is an added advantage
