Job summary

Lancesoft APAC seeks a Junior Core Services Developer with 3–5 years of experience to support development, maintenance, and enhancement of core service applications within a fintech environment. We are seeking a Junior Core Services Developer with 3-5 years of experience to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of core service applications within a financial technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and Unix Shell Scripting skills, with experience working across Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms. Exposure to financial crime compliance solutions and AML/KYC processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in application development and support roles.

• Experience with Java development and application integration.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or regulatory compliance environments.
• Familiarity with batch processing, ETL workflows, and data integration concepts.
