Job summary

Lapasar is seeking a Business Management Trainee who will work directly with the CEO and leadership team. You will rotate across multiple departments within your first year to gain end‑to‑end visibility of the business and participate in key projects that drive execution.

Successful candidates will gain steep learning, strong ownership, and a clear progression path into management and leadership roles as you perform across departments in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years’ experience in any business-relevant field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial experience (startup, own business, side projects) is an advantage.
• High ownership, adaptability, and learning mindset.
• This role requires working across different departments and learning quickly.
