MCLINK COPY SERVICES PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to join our team in Ortigas. You will write, test, and refine prompts for AI agents, analyze responses for errors, and organize AI knowledge bases. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI tooling and real-world deployment.

Join our growing team and gain hands-on experience working with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Quality Assurance.

As a Junior AI Engineer, you’ll work closely with our development team to test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agents used in real-world applications.

What You’ll Do

Write, test, and refine prompts and instructions for AI agents

Analyze AI responses and identify errors, limitations, and edge cases

Organize and maintain product manuals and other information within AI knowledge bases

Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Help develop and test guardrails to minimize AI hallucinations during live calls

Conduct QC reviews of AI conversations and recommend improvements

Work with the development team to improve AI agent performance and reliability

What You’ll Gain
