Job summary

JM Delight Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

The role requires handling AP, AR, and GL, preparing monthly financial reports, monitoring outstanding payments, and coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary. Exposure to payroll and filing is a plus. Fluent in English and proficient with basic accounting software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including invoices, payments and receipts.
• Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR and GL).
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure records are updated.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when necessary.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Support payroll preparation and other finance-related tasks.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
• Familiar with SQL accounting.
