Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant to deliver comprehensive financial planning advice and tailored solutions to clients in the region. You will engage with clients, conduct assessments, develop tailored plans, and coordinate with internal teams to recommend investment, insurance, and banking products while maintaining strong relationships.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years in financial planning, strong communication, and fluency in Bahasa

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning or wealth management.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including investment, insurance and banking products.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
CFP or CFPCM certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
Conduct in-depth financial assessments and develop tailored financial plans.
Recommend investment, insurance, and banking products to help clients reach targets.
Maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and reviews.
