Luk Fook Prestige (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assist Shop Manager to support daily shop operations, inventory monitoring, and in-store promotions. You will drive sales of jewellery products while delivering professional service to customers.

The role also involves training new hires and providing feedback on performance to ensure high standards are met. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Secondary level education or above.
• 3 years in jewellery retail industry.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager in daily operations and inventory monitoring.
• Sell and promote jewellery products.
• Provide high-class and professional customer service.
• Assist colleagues in completing business tasks.
• Assist in daily departmental operations and product work.
• Train new hires.
• Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations.
