Job summary

JSK Rampayan Jetty in Sabah is seeking an experienced Jetty Master / Boat Transfer Manager with a CAN DO attitude. You will oversee safety at the jetty and speed boats, lead boatmen, captains, and maintenance crews, and manage jetty and vessel operations and maintenance.

You will coordinate inspections, ensure licenses are current, and support rapid, reliable boat transfers for river cruise services. At least 5 years in related roles and fluency in BM, English, and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of exposure in related field.
• Experience as Jetty Master / Boat Transfer / Maintenance Manager is essential.
• Must communicate in BM, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety operations of the jetty and speed boats.
• Manages all boatmen / captain, boat crew and boat maintenance team.
• Responsible for the periodic maintenance and operations of the Jetty, speed boats and related machineries.
• Arranges / Coordinates periodic scheduled boat inspections and related repairs.
• Ensures that all licenses are kept current / valid.
