Job summary

Lancesoft Malaysia is seeking a Java developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Java applications. You will work with Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs, ensuring secure coding practices and robust testing.

The role involves collaborating with analysts and teams, supporting deployments, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of production-level Java application development experience.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JPA, RESTful APIs, and relational databases such as MySQL.
• Familiarity with microservices, reactive programming, automated testing, CI/CD, and version control.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to AWS, Linux, Kafka, Redis or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Java or Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
