Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Java Developer to build, test, and maintain robust Java applications across our platforms. You will work with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You should have a strong foundation in OOP and experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases. The role also involves code reviews, performance tuning, and contributing to deployment and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java ecosystem (JDK, Maven/Gradle).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, or similar.
• Experience with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork.
