Dikshatek Malaysia is seeking a Japanese-speaking System Operator - TIM to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a permanent, on-site basis. The role requires working 12-hour shifts in a 4-on/4-off cycle, including weekends and public holidays, with responsibilities centered around system operations and customer interaction.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, have experience with AS/400, Control-M, Azure, and AWS, and possess strong English and Japanese communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• Sound experience in AS/400, Control M, Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud.
• Holder of ITIL V3 Foundation certificate is preferable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Japanese language proficiency is a mandatory requirement and not optional for this position.
• 7*24 Shift duty is required
• The work schedule is on-site with 12-hour shifts for four days, followed by four days off, including weekends and public holidays.
