Job summary

DevloIT SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager – Japanese Speaking to lead complex telecom and IT client projects, coordinating across teams and external partners. You will drive project integration, define charters, maintain plans, manage changes, and ensure on-time closure while communicating with senior stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Must have at least 5 years of project management experience and proven ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives in Network

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Must have experience in communicating at senior and executive levels.
• Must have managed 3 actual projects in Network Systems Integration; Cloud Solutions; UC&C; Contact Center; IoT solutions.
• Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
• Ability to work in a virtual matrix team environment.
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
• Good understanding of the telecoms and IT industries.
• Integrating project work with Knowledge Management concepts and principles.

• Must have managed 3 actual projects in one or more of the following solutions: Network Systems Integration; Cloud Solutions; Unified Communication & Collaboration (UC&C); Contact Center solutions, IoT solutions

Education and Experience Requirements

• Degree in business, science (or other relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience
• Project Management Certification ie PMI PMP/ACP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the telecom and/or IT industry managing external customer-facing projects.
• Working in an international environment.
