Our Global Brew Crew is seeking IT Technical Supports to participate in a structured training and development program designed to provide hands-on exposure to the IT functions within the company. This role will support daily IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, business systems, user support, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects

This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical industry experience and build a strong foundation while developing technical and professional competencies.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

IT Operations & Support

• Provide first-level technical support to users across corporate offices, outlets, warehouses, and production facilities.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Support the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices.
• Respond to IT service requests and elevate issues when necessary.

Systems & Infrastructure

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance activities.
• Support system upgrades, software deployments, and patch management activities.
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.

Business Applications

• Support day-to-day operations of ERP, POS, inventory management, and other business applications.
• Assist end users with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation projects.

Administrative Duties

• Assist in monitoring security practices and reporting potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, assets, and support activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by your superior.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and any other systems are a plus.
• Proficient in computer hardware and cabling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
