ICT Department is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Support Specialist to join the team. As the primary point of contact for on-site IT support, the candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems in AIU.

Job Responsibilities
On‑Site Support
  • Provide comprehensive on‑site IT support for PC, laptop, projector, networking, and AV equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance.
End-User Assistance
  • Assist employees with IT-related needs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users’ IT literacy.
  • Address inquiries and troubleshoot problems with tact and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to IT operations.
