Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules (MM, FICO, SD, PP, QM, WM, GTS).
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery quality.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and cutover activities.

Descripción del empleo

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules such as SAP MM, FICO, SD, PP, QM, WM, and GTS

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and translating them into SAP-enabled solutions.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and overall delivery quality.

Lead and facilitate project workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

Drive solution architecture, business process transformation, and fit-gap assessments.

Review and approve functional specifications, solution designs, test strategies, and deployment plans.

Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure successful implementation.

Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation processes across project lifecycles.

Lead user adoption, change management, training, and post-go-live support activities.

Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

Support business development activities, including proposal development and solution presentations.

Strong experience leading complex SAP implementation and transformation programs.

Deep functional expertise in one or more SAP modules, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive-level client relationships.

Strong project management, delivery governance, and risk management capabilities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify client needs and support business growth initiatives.

Typical Experience

Minimum 10-15 years of SAP consulting and implementation experience.

Experience leading at least 5-10 full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs.

Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client stakeholders.

Proven track record in solution delivery within consulting or professional services environments.

Willingness to travel for project assignments as required.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
