Job summary

Summary

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules such as SAP MM, FICO, SD, PP, QM, WM, and GTS

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and translating them into SAP-enabled solutions.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and overall delivery quality.

• Lead and facilitate project workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

• Drive solution architecture, business process transformation, and fit-gap assessments.

• Review and approve functional specifications, solution designs, test strategies, and deployment plans.

• Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure successful implementation.

• Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation processes across project lifecycles.

• Lead user adoption, change management, training, and post-go-live support activities.

• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

• Support business development activities, including proposal development and solution presentations.

Typical Experience

• Minimum 10–15 years of SAP consulting and implementation experience.

• Experience leading at least 5–10 full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client stakeholders.

• Proven track record in solution delivery within consulting or professional services environments.

• Willingness to travel for project assignments as required.

Typical Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
