Job summary

Pan Asia Group seeks an IT Security Operation Support professional to oversee security across IT systems and infrastructure. The role requires coordinating vulnerability assessments with VAPT vendors, performing device firmware upgrades, and maintaining security documentation while ensuring PCI DSS, ISMS, and BNM compliance.

A 3–4 year background in security is preferred. Candidate should have hands-on experience with EDR, NDR, DLP, WAF, SIEM and related controls within the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of related experience.
• Comptia Security+ certification is a plus.
• Experience with banking security standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security of IT systems & infrastructure across the Organization.
• Accountable for all security BAU related reporting to the Senior Management.
• Perform firmware & software upgrade on the security devices.
• Perform vulnerability scan on the new host & coordinate PENTEST with VAPT vendors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and reviews on security devices.
• Troubleshoot complicated security device issues.
• Comply with PCI DSS, ISMS, BNM requirements.
