J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced IT Project Trainer to join our team in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Project Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the successful implementation of IT projects within the company.
Conduct system training for users and ensure they understand how to use the system correctly.
Conduct on-site system research, gather issues and usage scenarios, and prepare simple improvement suggestions.
Design, prepare and update training materials (SOP, PPTs, videos, etc.) and facilitate training sessions with clear guidance and support.
Work closely with the project team and regional staff to support system rollout and follow up with users.
Collect user feedback and prepare clear reports and improvement proposal for the project team.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to check whether system functions work as expected.
Provide basic system support and help users solve simple system issues.
Handle other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in any field (IT or related majors are a plus).
Experience in system training, system rollout, or business process tasks is an added advantage.
Patient, stable, and reliable personality, able to work well in routine and long-term tasks.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to take ownership of assigned projects.
Good teamwork and communication skills when working with different departments.
Willing to travel within Malaysia when needed.
Able to stay organised and focused in a multitasking environment.
Skill Set Required:
Good presentation and communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, able to understand user needs and feedback.
Basic understanding or experience in the operation and functionality of system logic.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing training materials, SOPs and reports.
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
