The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in IT project management, with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration; PMP/PRINCE2/CSM preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple medium complexity IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Conduct project meetings, including kick‑off meetings, progress updates, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project goals and objectives.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, to optimize project execution.
• Manage the procurement and deployment of necessary project resources, including software, hardware, and third‑party services.
• Manage change requests and ensure that all changes are thoroughly documented, assessed, and approved before implementation.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality project outcomes, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Purpose

• As an IT Project Manager, you manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of IT projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor project team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.
• Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
