Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budget.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance, and communicate with executives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management and relevant PM certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management, Technology Delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience managing scope, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• PM certific ation (PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/Scrum Master) or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and technology delivery processes.
• Experience working within global or regional project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate project governance activities, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution with proactive corrective actions.
• Support change management and user adoption for new solutions and processes.
• Ensure projects meet Accenture delivery standards, quality requirements, and objectives.
