Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver value-added projects aligned with business goals. The role reports to the Head of PMO and requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management, preferably in Banking/Financial Services, PMP is preferred, and familiarity with wealth management platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• IT qualification/IT degree or diploma, PMP preferred.
• Experience managing projects including budgeting, scheduling and resources.
• Experience in banking/financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and plans to ensure timely completion.
• Manage delivery within budget and timescales across SDLC.
• Coordinate internal business/technical resources and vendors.
• Lead domain-specific technology projects such as wealth platforms.
• Prepare management status reports reflecting project progress.
• Govern change control to keep scope aligned with objectives.
• Conduct post-mortems and produce recommendations.
