Job summary

A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Product Launch Planning and Version Management Personnel. The role entails managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality product deliverables. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, proficient communication skills in Chinese, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous project management experience is a plus. Full working rights in Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• General knowledge of PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership potential and the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in project management will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Open to candidates with full working rights in Malaysia only.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with business, operations, and technical teams to collect and confirm requirements.
• Identify real user needs through feedback and business analysis.
• Develop management strategies for project scale and resource coordination.
• Create complete project plans defining timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with various teams for smooth product development.
• Manage version release plans and change notes.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance processes.
• Support project managers with cross-team communication.
• Analyze and handle feedback issues reported by users.
• Optimize existing features based on feedback and data.
