Job summary

Randstad Staffing seeks an IT/OT Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end identity demarcation initiatives across IT and OT environments in Kuala Lumpur.

You will define architectures, oversee PoCs, and drive vendor evaluations while ensuring compliance with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST guidelines. This contractual role requires strong cross-functional leadership, risk assessment, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM, PAM, MFA, and RBAC in OT environments.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and NIS2 compliance requirements.
• Deep understanding of IT/OT boundary architecture and Entra ID isolation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT/OT identity projects.
• Coordinate IAM/PAM/RBAC deployments and MFA enforcement at the IT/OT boundary.
• Manage vendor PoCs, RFPs, and cross-functional alignment between IT and OT teams.
• Ensure compliance with OT security standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIS2).
• Produce project documentation and executive status dashboards.
