Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and secure a complex IT environment across servers, networks and data centers. You will develop strategies, policies and budgets, and drive major IT projects with cross-functional teams.

You will coach and advance an IT team, oversee desktop support, and ensure regulatory compliance and service management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8 years experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role and end-user desktop support environment.
• Experience with Desktop Management, Incident Management, and IT Service Management concepts.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and coach IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, software, hardware, and data centers.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, procedures, and budgets; identify tech needs and implement solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other departments.
