Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.

• Participate in WMS project activities, including requirement gathering, system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Provide first-level support for WMS-related incidents and user enquiries.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and system efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience in WMS, ERP integration, and logistics operations.
• Develop practical skills in SQL, reporting, troubleshooting, and business process analysis.

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.

Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical and functional issues.

Project Support

Participate in WMS project activities, including requirement gathering, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation support.

Assist in coordinating with IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors throughout project execution.

Operational Support

Provide first-level support for WMS-related incidents and user enquiries.

Assist in troubleshooting data flow and integration issues between WMS and ERP systems.

Support daily system operations to ensure smooth warehouse processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assist in generating reports and validating system data.

Document issues, resolutions, and enhancement requests.

Process Improvement

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and system efficiency.

Participate in testing new features, system enhancements, and software upgrades.

Learning & Development

Gain hands‑on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP integration, and logistics operations.

Develop practical skills in SQL, reporting, troubleshooting, and business process analysis.

Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously build technical and professional competencies.
