Job summary

Quantios in Malaysia is seeking an IT Intern to support internal systems, technology platforms, and governance tools for fintech products. You will work with IT and Technology teams on system support, application management, and continuous improvement aligned with Quantios’ platforms.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT/CS degrees, with basic knowledge of IT systems and a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and networking concepts.
Interest in fintech and enterprise systems with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support for internal users (hardware, software, access, and system issues).
Assist in maintaining Quantios technology platforms and internal applications for client, fund, and entity management.
Support user access management and basic security controls.
Assist with system testing, documentation, and user guides for internal tools.
Support data accuracy and system configuration within Quantios products.
Help monitor system performance, incident logs, and service requests.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and process automation.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance to resolve technical issues.
