Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an IT Governance Manager to establish and continuously improve the organisation's IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

You will oversee Privileged Access Management and Identity and Access Management governance, design and maintain policies and procedures, perform risk assessments, coordinate audits, and monitor performance to strengthen control effectiveness and governance maturity.

Qualifications

• Governance framework design and implementation.
• Audit coordination and regulatory engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance oversight of PAM and IAM domains, including policy compliance and risk posture.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Identify IT governance risks and conduct risk assessments; coordinate audits and remediation activities.
