We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team at YICK HOE GROUP OF COMPANIES' in Ulu Tiram Johor. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure and systems that support our business operations. What you'll be doing

• Providing first‑line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Administering and maintaining the company's servers, workstations, and other IT equipment
• Implementing and managing software applications, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and secure
• Monitoring system performance and implementing measures to optimise efficiency
• Assisting with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and address IT‑related needs
• Providing training and support to end‑users on various IT systems and applications

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems, as well as common business software and applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and adaptable approach to handling IT‑related challenges
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT would be an advantage
