IT & Digital Internship Program

Our IT & Digital Internship Program provides students and fresh graduates with hands‑on experience across various IT and Digital functions within a real enterprise environment. Interns will participate in real projects and daily operations, collaborating with professionals in areas such as SAP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Development, Data, IoT, Project Management, and Digital Transformation.

IT Internship Roles

SAP BASIS

• Support SAP system operations and basic troubleshooting
• Assist in system analysis and documentation (training provided)
• Prepare user guides, process flows, and presentations
• Assist in testing and reporting results
• Maintain project documentation and trackers

Site IT

• Provide on‑site support for laptops, desktops, printers, and meeting room devices
• Assist troubleshooting and basic IT support
• Support device setup, installation, and maintenance
• Assist IT asset tracking and user support

Cybersecurity

• Assist in monitoring security alerts and incidents
• Support vulnerability and risk management activities
• Assist in security compliance and documentation
• Work with IT teams to improve security controls

IT Helpdesk

• Provide first‑level IT support via ticketing system
• Handle password resets and user account issues
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities
• Escalate issues to higher support teams

IT Network Helpdesk

• Assist in network setup and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitor network performance
• Maintain network documentation
• Support incident resolution

SAP ABAP

• Assist in ABAP development, testing, and debugging
• Support SAP system enhancements and fixes
• Help prepare technical documentation
• Work with functional teams on requirements

Server & Messaging

• Assist server health checks and monitoring
• Support service request and incident tickets
• Assist in server‑related improvement tasks

Software Engineer

• Assist in software development and testing
• Write and maintain clean code
• Participate in debugging and code reviews
• Support deployment and documentation

DIGITAL Internship Roles

Project Coordinator

• Support project coordination and meeting arrangements
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow‑up actions
• Track project progress and updates
• Assist documentation and reporting

Digital Project

• Support digital project planning and execution
• Track project timelines and progress
• Assist in digital platform improvements (web/apps/tools)

IoT Intern

• Assist in IoT device design, testing, and prototyping
• Support embedded software and sensor integration
• Assist with IoT communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, etc.)
• Support testing and documentation

Talent Acquisition

• Support recruitment activities and interview scheduling
• Source candidates from job portals
• Maintain recruitment trackers
• Coordinate hiring processes

Product Management

• Assist in requirement gathering and documentation (BRDs)
• Support product design and data analysis
• Work with AI tools and data systems
• Assist in product workflow and prototype development

Data Science

• Support data processing, quality checks, and reporting
• Assist dashboard and data monitoring activities
• Help manage annotation and data workflows
• Support documentation and reporting tasks

Software Engineer

• Assist in software development and system testing
• Support debugging and feature enhancements
• Participate in code reviews
• Help with deployment and documentation

IT & D Roles

Project Management Officer (PMO)

• Support project tracking and reporting
• Maintain project documentation and updates
• Assist in risk and milestone tracking
• Support meeting coordination and SOW preparation

Planning & Governance

• Assist in meeting coordination and documentation
• Support governance reporting and tracking
• Maintain records, reports, and action logs
• Assist stakeholder coordination

Business Loss Data Prevention

• Monitor email, web, and data transfer activities
• Support IT compliance and audit checks
• Assist in data tracing and reporting
• Work with global IT teams

Required Skills And Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Technologies, or a related field

Technical Skills (for IT-related roles)

• Familiarity with SAP and general IT systems
• Basic knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and server management
• Understanding of programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Python, Java) for development roles
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices is a plus

Technical Skills (for Digital-related roles)

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Basic understanding of IoT technologies, digital transformation tools, and talent acquisition systems
• Ability to work with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project is a plus

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive approach to learning and contributing to projects
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Previous internship experience or academic projects related to IT or Digital functions will be an advantage but is not required
• Current students in relevant fields are encouraged to apply
