Job summary

ThunderSoft in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Audit/Compliance professional to lead control assessments, manage ITGC documentation, and coordinate SOX/SOC testing within a SAP environment.

The role supports ISO 27001 certification activities, drives automation opportunities in ITGCs, and collaborates with IT and business units to remediate control deficiencies. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting or related field with 5+ years IT Audit/Compliance experience.
• Knowledge of IT controls, COBIT, SOX and ITGC testing procedures.
• Big 4 IT Audit background or Fortune 100 SAP ERP experience is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISA or CIA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely performance of IT control assessments and review supporting evidence.
• Assist in annual IT risk assessment for key financial systems and controls.
• Maintain IT Risk Control Matrix documenting systems, controls and testing.
• Ensure proper SOX ITGC documentation including control matrices and narratives.
