Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd seeks an Information Technology Architect to support its expanding investment advisory and fund management businesses. You will shape IT strategy, oversee hardware, networks and software infrastructure, and lead a team across multiple projects in a fast-paced start-up style environment.

Qualifications

• A solid degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Familiarity with the technical design of modular & reusable system architecture.
• Working knowledge in Unix/Linux as well as Windows Server environments.
• Practical experience in cloud technology (AWS, Alicloud, Azure).
• Experience in playing major roles in at least 3 full SDLC and developing Java/JEE applications would be especially appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Great investment in the quality and success of projects.
• Experience in developing large scale client servers, web and mobile app technologies, system integration, SOA, multi-tier, MVC, code refactoring, HA, clustering, network/data security.

Responsibilities

• Driving IT strategy and policy undertakings to improve business efficiency and effectiveness while achieving sustainable stability and security.
• Leading the team by determining resource allocation & unifying the competencies of team members to complete multiple projects.
• Building and managing hardware, networks and software infrastructure in the office.
• Initiating and supervising the implementation of software, hardware and network projects to meet existing operational and expansion needs.
