ISO/IEC 17025 Senior Executive (Quality & Documentation – Leak Testing)

Position Level: Senior Executive

Job Specialization: Quality Control/Assurance

Qualification: Professional Certificate

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, records)
• Lead preparation and coordination for ISO/IEC 17025 audits by Standards Malaysia
• Handle and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with effective corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure full documentation control, traceability, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
• Train and guide staff on ISO/IEC 17025 procedures and quality system requirements
• Coordinate internal audit activities and follow up on audit findings
• Work closely with technical team to ensure accurate recording of calibration and leak testing data
• Support calibration activities when required
• Maintain proper filing, document control, and version management system

Job Location: Selangor

Years of Experience: 3

Monthly Salary: MYR2000-MYR5000

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum knowledge or experience in ISO/IEC 17025 system implementation or maintenance
• Experience in audit preparation, NCR handling, or quality documentation is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Organized, systematic, and able to work independently
• Able or willing to support calibration activities
• Knowledge of leak testing or measurement systems is an advantage
• Experience working in accredited laboratory environment
• Familiarity with ISO accreditation processes under Standards Malaysia
• Experience in QA/QC or quality system improvement projects
